1. South African Products
Delivery Time: 2-5 Business Days
At Le Frenchie Flair we work directly with producers of the South African products we offer, which is why we can offer you really competitive rates. There may be a few exceptions, only because we could source the item at even a lower price for you.
Some of our suppliers prefer to use their own courier - only safe & experienced services - that deliver right to your doorstep. In the few cases that Le Frenchie Flair handles the delivery ourselves, we make use of various trustworthy and reliable South African couriers.
Here is a guideline of the what delivery costs usually entail:
- Economy Road (0 to 5kg) - R100 - 2-3 Business Days
- Economy Road (6 to 15kg) - R150 - 2-3 Business Days
- Economy Road (16 to 25kg*) - R200 - 2-3 Business Days *R10 per kg if bigger
Business hours do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. In the event of your parcel requiring a dedicated special trip to deliver the shipment, additional charges may be levied. There may also be towns with a special surcharge - these will display the surcharge amount next to them. Examples of special delivery areas include: mines, power stations, plots, farms, remote areas, military bases, game lodges, ports / harbors, consulates. In this instance you will be contacted prior to delivery.

How do you ship packages?
Packages from our product suppliers are shipped from CJ Dropshipping's warehouses all over the world, they use their own trusted and secure shipping companies, depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. At the moment we only ship to South Africa. In the future we plan to expand to other countries.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country but this is a rare exception.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
